Any dispute which may arise between the parties concerning the information contained within this web site shall be determined by the English Courts and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts for such purposes.

Whilst every reasonable effort has been made to ensure the information is accurate and up-to-date, no responsibility for its accuracy and correctness, or for any consequences of relying on it, is assumed by Resolve International. Any reliance you may place on the information contained on this site is entirely at your own risk and you agree that you have no right of recourse against Resolve International.
Challenge Nepal BRONZE Pack Conditions of Use
The 'Challenge Nepal BRONZE Pack' providing volunteers with FREE session plans and resources and published on the Resolve International website, is subject to the following conditions of use:
1. The Fundraising Organiser has registered with Resolve International by sending the signup form before using the Challenge Nepal BRONZE Pack. (This is so that we know who you are and how many participants will be volunteering.)
2. The Fundraising Organiser agrees to send the event registration form to inform us about each fundraising event being held on our behalf. NOTE: A separate registration form should be used for each event that is run.

Access to the Challenge Nepal advice pack for volunteering is being offered free of charge.
Resolve International hope that in return your volunteering activities will raise money which will support our projects to bring relief from poverty for children and their families in Nepal.
We have taken every effort to ensure that the information and advice given in Challenge Nepal is correct and current, however Resolve International can accept no responsibility for the accuracy of any particular statement and accepts no liability for any loss or damage which may arise from reliance on the information contained in Challenge Nepal.
Please be safe! Whilst we really appreciate your support, Resolve International is not responsible for organising, supervising or hosting your Challenge Nepal activity.
All activities, and participation in them, are at the organisers’ and participants’ own risk.
Resolve International does not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage, or for any death or personal injury, arising out of participation in any activity held for Challenge Nepal, including liability as a result of negligence (except death or personal injury caused by the event coordinators negligence).
If you are taking part in Challenge Nepal, you consent to the use of your image in any TV and other media coverage of any event and in Resolve International promotional materials.
If you wish to donate to Resolve International or sponsor anyone for Challenge Nepal, please note that your donation or sponsorship payment is non-refundable. If you sponsor someone to attempt a fundraising activity in support of Challenge Nepal, your sponsorship is not conditional on the activity being completed.
By submitting the signup form you agree that the information provided on the form can be held Resolve International. Your information will be used by Resolve International for research purposes and to inform you of Resolve International and Challenge Nepal activities/promotions taking place.
