Emergency Appeal

We do not usually engage in emergency appeals, but having visited Nepal last week, we found that there is an outbreak of malaria which is affecting children in the two squatter camps which we have recently supported.

The monsoon is approaching and the conditions for malaria will increase.

Mosquito nets prevent children being bitten when the mosquitos are most active in the evening and early morning.

£5 buys one net which will prevent achild becoming very ill or perhaps dying from malaria.
